Absolutely worse Pain Doctor I have ever had and I personally don’t think he should be allowed to prescribe medication. I have had to fight to get my prescriptions refilled every month for years. His office will tell me each month that the Doctor will refill my prescription ASAP but nothing is ever sent to the pharmacy. It has gotten so bad until I documented each instance and reported it to the Arizona State Medical Board which is now investigating. This doctor has zero empathy for humanity and he reflects this by the way he interacts with patients behind closed doors. On a side note... THE ENTIRE OFFICE SMELLS LIKE A FILTHY CONVALESCENT HOME!!!

I don’t know how anyone could be disgruntled with this place. The doctors and staff is amazing. They always go above and beyond for anything I’ve ever needed, especially the manager. She does absolutely everything in that office and I don’t know how she does it. The assistants are kind and gentle. They treat you like a human being unlike other places I have been to in the past.

Receptionist is not friendly and Brandon (Drs assistant ) will tell you he will return your phone calls which he never does . Danielle who does the prior auth will also not return your phone calls . The staff does not care . Best advice is to go somewhere where the staff cares enough about your healthcare . Patients deserve much better than what this office has to offer .

Dr Uhrik was nice but his staff is less to be desired. Receptionist does not welcome patients upon arriving . Dr Uhrik was nice but when I went to pick up my Rx they stated my insurance does not cover the meds and that they sent the Dr a message but he did not respond .I left messages for Danielle to call me back and waited one week and still no call back . I then left a message with Brandon who called me back 2 days later even tho the voicemail states not to leave numerous messages and that someone would call you back by 5pm the same day you left the message. Brandon stated he would check into it and give me a call back right away HE DID NOT . The staff is INCOMPETENT and patients deserve better. I would advise everyone to go elsewhere where staff cares about you and your health.

The wait is like half hour but my last 2 pain clinics were over and hour at times 2! He is not like all the others who tush through. He knows my name and the reasons for my pain. Not a fancy office like all these mill back five and pain clinics who can afford that because they run patients through like an assembly line ! This doc is single oractice and is more consultative and heats you out.

I love Dr Uhrik he is so caring and courteous and he listens to his patients. His PA and Nurse are very good as well.

Run do not walk,, moved to Arizona a few months ago and did not want to continue the drive to my pain management doctor who was the best however the drive was over 3 hours . I went to see this doctor and he wanted to change my medication to a lower dose and could care less what my records said and the care I had been receiving from my doctor. He requires you to come in every two weeks for a pill count and does not fill your prescription until the 31st day. What a joke. He is rude to say the least . I am a 54 year old with extreme back pain and MRI reports to confirm my pain. It appears he is afraid of the DEA looking into his practice . That tells me he must have been prescribing medication without concern to patients well being. Be careful if this doctor.

I've been seeing him and his PA Alyssa is the best one there. Any who I have CANCER and my pain is crazy bad, nope my medicine is still low dose. I was also tried on a patch I had an reaction had to use my EPI Pen and the call back was nothing quit using well of course, but didn't up the dose of what I can take, I know if Alyssa was there she would have at least given me something for the itching between my legs or told me some how to relieve the pain and itching down there. Ugggg I used to love this office, now I just love Alyssa.
