Impossible to reach his office. Cannot leave a message. Tried 14 times before I reached someone who was very curt. Looking for a new PC:P.

The good: Friendly staff. Clean environment. No long wait times. Helpful doctor. The bad: They’re almost impossible to get ahold of. The phone either just rings or goes to the outgoing message and no option to leave a voicemail. Long waits for refills. No follow throughs.

Staff is horrible. Not a friendly atmosphere dr nice. Hes ok with my medical questions

Went from sewing sails by hand to barely passing the Carribean's worst medical school and shows it in his practice every day. He takes off more time than he works, and learns nothing. He's not fit to work on a cruise ship much less be a doctor

Michael is kind, caring, and took the time to work through my concerns. I have seen him several times and each has been an excellent experience. A great addition to Dr. Carolyn's office.

Dr. Carolan is wonderful, very good bed side manner, he cares, takes time to explain things to you!. His staff is very friendly and his office is clean , does not over book, never waited more then 10 min! Love them all!

Another guy who should be working digging ditches who wanted money. There's a market for every monkey who shouldn't be in medicine; and this guy is one of them. He used to make sails by hand. He should still be doing it. Terrible at diagnosis, terrible at follow through and takes more days off than he works. All add up to tragically bad at medicine. PULL HIS LICENSE

Dr. Carolan is out more than he's in; works very little, follows up terribly and is known as the doctor everyone likes. That's nice, but if he lacks the requisite skill set to help patients, what good does that do? Regrettably, most nurses in OMC should not work there either (meaning senior nurses who are now fat, lazy and never moved around which is why they are never where the patients need them). TERRIBLE FOLLOW UP.
