This is where you want to go for Orthopedic care. I first saw Dr Christian Christensen. He examined my leg quickly but thoroughly and made a diagnosis, I went for an MRI the next day and they had me set up for the follow up to see Dr Owen McGonigle. Both of these doctors were very generous with their time and that is getting hard to find. Each was thorough and had very good communication skills including listening. Each has dialed in on what their exact specialty is it appears to me but these guys are leaders in their field. I had to wait a bit after getting in a room but that is because these guys take the necessary time to get all the facts, listen to questions and provide solid answers. I would recommend that you go here if this is who you are scheduled to see.

My experiences with Dr McGonigle have been very positive. When I was first diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees, he explained treatment options and his recommendations. We developed a plan to help me continue working longer, prior to having knee replacement surgeries. During this time, Dr McGonigle treated a foot injury successfully. I’ve now had both knees replaced by Dr McGonigle. Surgery has been successful. I’ve done my part following PT protocols, prior to and post operative. I would highly recommend Dr McGonigle! His communication skills with patients and facilitation of a treatment plan that works is excellent. I have found him to be most courteous and respectful of the patient and providing the best possible care. He’s “top-notch” in my book with an A+ !

Saw Dr Mcgonigle yesterday about my knee.He is a very caring Dr. He treats you as if you are the only patient, not rushing you in and out! Went over the plan of care with you, and ask if had any questions. I would highly recommend him.

Procedure for a left knee arthroplasty-total. I have been a patient of Dr McGonigle for a few years. This procedure follows previous right knee arthroplasty-total plus another procedure. I’ve been blessed that the procedures have gone well. In my opinion, Dr McGonigle is an excellent physician and surgeon. He is up-to-date with current treatment options, i.e. Mako Robotics surgery procedures. He has a great demeanor and fully explains and answers questions. Dr. McGonigle is a orthopaedic surgeon I would highly recommend.

Dr McGonigle has performed two different surgeries for me. Very professional and knowledgeable. Welcoming of questions and works with the patient to create a suitable care plan. I highly recommend Dr McGonigle without question!

Finally decided to begin knee replacement process after several years of injections. Dr McGonigle was transparent about the process and what to expect. In three plus years of medical care, I’ve found Dr McGonigle to be very honest, welcoming of questions. Focuses on a care path that both of you believe in. Explains all options and pros and cons. Top notch in my book!

Dr McGonigle is very knowledgeable and respectful of the patient. He has taken time to explain my knee issues and what direction I am heading in (replacement). In the mean time, he has worked with options to help me live as comfortable as possible, while I continued working. I also had a foot fracture that Dr McGonigle was able to repair.
