My family had been with Doctor hsu since 1998 and up until today I have been with Dr C since Dr. Hsu retired. The doctor herself is great however whoever is in charge of medical records is completely incompetent as well as the woman who is at the front desk we have had problems where we were overlooked and left waiting I watched patients that came in over an hour aftet us go back before us..and had front desk over look us severel times . Most recently I was told my children were no longer welcome at the practice... almost two years ago the insurance company sent out cards that were not correct I called and had the problem fixed my oldest daughter had to call and have hers fixed as well it seems they put the OB doctor as her primary doctor by mistake and when my insurance renewed they chose doctors for us I had the insurance correct cards but all of a sudden they said that they were no longer going to see us as patients for this even though we've had several visits since then they… claimed we have not been there for over 2 years which is not true and I brought it to their attention I could provide plenty of evidence supporting that they've had physical paperwork filled outfor their physicals, the school has had doctor's notes turned in from that office ,as well as prescriptions I was told she did not care what was on any piece of paper but what was on her computer and that insurance cards don't change themselves I had to change doctors and we have been dr. Hopping which was totally not true and she claims I have no records showing at the office for my children for the past 2 years...not to mention her awful attitude

THE MOST CARING AND THROUGH DR I HAVE SEEN IN IN MY 62 YEARS ON THIS EARTH IM ALIVE BECAUSE SHE FOUND MY CANCER EARLY AND I HAD IT TOTALLY REMOVED AND I'M CANCER FREE NOW. THANK YOU DR. C
