Dr. Pablo Ulises Joya, MD

The Dr. is fine, seems to be a very nice person. The front office staff are sad. They are reason enough to stay away from this place. I tried to get them to fax a report for me. I was told that it was faxed for over a weeek. To make a long stroy short after I checked with the people that needed it , of course they had not gotten it. I ended up going to the office and when I asked them why it was not faxed it was one stupid excuse after another. They even threaten to tear the paper up. These people are sad.

Dr. Joya has been my Dr. for 16 years, and will continue to be until he retires or I move out of state, no desire to see another onw. He actually CARES about his patients and talks to you, not at you. He is the best!

The front office staff is the worst I have seen with the only exception being his wife Maria. Very unorganized! My mother had insulin delivered from the manufactor and they ordered the wrong insulin! Did not tell her it had arrived, even though they had it for two weeks, and then became rude with me when I had the nerve to ask questions if it was the right dose and amount. They asked my mother not to come back..even though it was their mistake. They lost 5 patients today.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joya's for over 20 years and have only GOOD experiences with him. I have referred so many friends to him because I feel he is an excellent Physician and every one has expressed complete satisfaction with my referral and with him as their Doctor. He is the most wonderful Doctor for taking the time needed to fully diagnose, treat and showing concern, caring and compassion.He also helps with Medical Students needing Practice experience and is excellent with how he explains things to them and also to his patients. Praise, Praise, Praise.

I have several conditions and have changed doctors many times over the past 10 years. Dr. Joya was recomended by a friend who like most men wont see a doctor or dentist without there being in pain or a chance of death. He adores Dr. Joya and I have never had such a fantastic doctor. Dr. Joya actually listen to you and really knows his craft. I would highly recomend him.
