I had a surgery ADR C56 ACDF C67 in May 2026. Before my surgery I had significant neck pain that spread into my right arm and fingers. This really affected how I slept, I was uncomfortable in any position. I was also unable to bend my neck downward. I would have to bring my phone up to my face otherwise I would feel pain. At first, I was a bit doubtful of the surgery because I was scared of having surgery at my spine. Dr Pazmino explained the surgery in terms I would understand and with images. My pain overtime became worse. I tried injections which relieved my pain for a month but the relief wore off. I wanted a treatment that was permanent. Dr Pazmino told me that the surgery would help with the pain and would be a more permanent solution. Now, after my surgery I feel like I am back at my 100%. I feel like I finally regained control of my life. By the night after my surgery I felt pain-free. I barely needed my pain medication because I felt basically pain free by the next day after… surgery. I have heard a lot of great reviews at the hospital where my surgery was done about Dr Pazmino. It eased my nerves so much and gave me assurance that I was in great hands with Dr Pazmino. I believe that the choice to have the surgery is not as complicated as I had initially thought. I'm glad I had the surgery and would 100% recommend Dr Pazmino. He is one of the best surgeons

Yo tuve una cirugía ADR C56 en mayo 2026. Antes de mi cirugía yo tenía dolor en mi cuello. Yo no podía agacharme, levantar cosas pesadas o jugar deportes. Yo tenía un poco de miedo de tener esta cirugía. Estaba equivocado al tener miedo. Es sencillo el procedimiento que me hicieron y no duele nada. Después de la cirugía, todo mi dolor desapareció. También desapareció mi dolor de la espalda baja. No tengan miedo de tener la cirugía. No pasa nada malo con el Dr. Pazmino. Él tiene los mejores empleados y hace las mejores cirugías. Por eso salí yo mejor después de la cirugía y estoy agradecido.

Yo tuve una cirugía ACDF C45, ADR C56 en enero 2026. Antes de mi cirugía, yo tenía mucho dolor en mi cuello. Primero empiezo mi dolor en la cabeza, después en la mandíbula y al final termio en el cuello. Yo tenía mucha dificultad para dormir, caminar y levantarme de mi cama. Tenía mucha dificultad con dolor en mis brazos y no podía ni levantar mi café. Actividades como nadar no podía hacer. Sentía que no podía hacer prácticamente nada. Yo tenía miedo de tener la cirugía por la historia de mi mamá; ella sufrió los riesgos cuando tuvo una cirugía en un país diferente. Yo estaba posponiendo la cirugía porque tenía temor a los riesgos. El Dr. Pazmino me explicó todo bien claro. Él siempre me dijo que yo iba a tener la decisión y él no me iba a forzar a hacer algo que yo no quería hacer. Yo siempre he tenido confianza en el doctor desde la primera cita que hablé con él. Yo inmediatamente después de la cirugía no tenía dolor. Nomás un poco porque tuve una cirugía. Todos los síntomas que… tenía antes de la cirugía desaparecieron. Hay que confiar en el Dr. Pazmiño. Él es el 100% y tiene mucha experiencia. Él es buen doctor y me quitó el dolor. Él nos da instrucciones para cómo cuidarnos después de la cirugía, también para tener los mejores resultados.

I had a surgery ACDF C56 C67 in March of 2026. Prior to the surgery I had constant pain. I could not turn my head all the way to the left or right without extreme pain. At times, I could hear my neck popping. Initially, before the surgery I was a bit apprehensive. I heard mixed stories about the surgery from people I knew. I decided to proceed with the surgery because I did not want to deal with the constant pain. My incision is almost fully gone now, it's as if I never had an incision. Dr Pazmino performed the surgery with great precision and knowledge. I am happy I had this surgery. I can even start my hobbies as normal soon so I can get back to tap dancing. A couple of months later, all I need is a bit of exercise before I can feel at my full 100%. I am so happy with my results and would recommend that anyone who is experiencing any sort of spinal pain due to an injury go through with the surgery with Dr Pazmino.

Yo tuve una cirugia Hemilaminotomy Foraminotomy at L5-S1 and Right sided Microdiscectomy at L5-S1 en abril de 2026. Yo tenía dolor en mi espalda baja. Yo limpio casas y no me podía agachar. Se me hacía muy difícil ir a trabajar. Al principio yo tenía miedo, pero ya cuando el Dr. Pazmiño me explicó el procedimiento, me calmó mis nervios. Ahora, después de mi cirugía, me siento mucho mejor. Yo ya no tengo dolor en mi espalda, además de un poco de dolor que siento porque estoy sanando. Apenas son dos semanas después de mi cirugía y hace 8 días después de mi cirugía yo paré de tomar las pastillas para el dolor durante el día. El Dr. Pazmiño les explica todos los detalles de la cirugía. En la clínica del Dr. Pazmiño son muy amables y en el hospital donde yo tuve mi cirugía son muy profesionales. Lo más importante para mí fue que el Dr. Pazmiño habla español.

I had a surgery ACDF at C4-5 and ADR C5-6 on April 2026. I was a huge a huge skeptic and extremely fearful of having a spine surgery; it literally took me 3 years to decide what I wanted to do. When I first met Dr. Pazmino based on my x-rays he said "it would not be an if, but when" situation when it came to having the surgery. The injuries I had were the type that would be a progressive deterioration of my cervical spine area and over the 3 years my body begin to show all the signs..... numbness, tension, stiffness, pain, aching, paralyzing feeling amongst many other symptoms along the side of my body that was injured from my neck, into my hands, down my legs and into my feet the nerve was causing raging pain and dilapidating nerve tension all through my body. Although Dr. Pazmino was knowledgeable of this pattern, he remained patient with me and allowed me to go through all of the physical therapy, acupuncture, and other preneeds in order for me to come to the decision on my own.… What was a deciding factor was when Dr. Pazmino ordered epidural shots in my lower back, I continued to have pain; he then ordered one directly in my cervical and all the pain went away but temporarily because epidural shots are not a permanent fix for the issues we are presented with in these type of injures. However, at this point I knew the surgery would be a success. I had the surgery in April 2026, everyone who I encountered during this process and the day of my surgery spoke very highly of Dr. Pazmino; letting me know that if they had this surgery he would be the only one they would consider. I felt comfort before the day of the surgery, however, the reassurance from his colleagues and medical professionals who worked with him on a case by case basis was a reassurance and now I can definitely say the same Dr. Pazmino is 1 of 1. He ensures all his patients know exactly what is happening in their bodies, he builds out powerpoint presentations and answers every question, his patience displays how he really feels and encourages you to make the choice. His knowledge and wisdom, is one of excellence, experience, and Dr. Pazmino can definitely be trusted to handle whatever your need is. I am grateful to have my body back.... I owe it to GOD granting Dr. Pazmino the ahhhmazing ability to be HIS hands operating on us here in the earth. Trust the process and I am here to tell you, you can trust Dr. Pablo Pazmino, MD. Yo tuve una cirugía anterior lumbar interbody fusion, en abril. Antes de mi cirugía yo tenía mucho dolor en mi espalda baja, especialmente en el lado derecho. Yo no me podía agachar, barrer, hacer ejercicio, levantar mis brazos; sentía que no podía hacer nada. Yo no podía caminar bien y usaba una silla de ruedas. Yo tenía que tener masajes para ayudar un poco con el dolor. Cuando el Dr. Pazmino me recomendó la cirugía, yo inmediatamente la acepté. Yo ya no podía soportar el dolor. El Dr. Pazmino me explicó la cirugía con videos y me explicó mi MRI en detalle. Ahora, después de mi cirugía, yo estoy sanando muy bien. Me estoy cuidando y siguiendo las instrucciones del Dr. Pazmino y me siento excelente. Yo me siento sana y duermo tranquila. Yo estoy sorprendida con todo el movimiento que puedo hacer ahora. Yo, desde que vi al Dr. Pazmiño, me sentí segura y puse mi fe en él. Están en buenas manos con el Dr. Pazmiño. Es mejor tener la cirugía porque te quita todo el dolor y yo voy a poder… regresar a mi vida normal. Finalmente, voy a poder caminar bien. El hospital donde yo tuve mi cirugía me atendió bien. Las enfermeras, la comida y el hospital en general estaban muy apropiados.

Yo tuve una cirugía ACDF C34 y ADR C45 en marzo 2026. Antes de mi cirugía yo tenía mucho dolor en mi cuello y en mis dos hombros. Al hacer mis quehaceres diarios en mi trabajo, yo tenía mucho dolor. Al dormir, yo tenía que dormir en mi lado porque no me podía acostar en la espalda. Al principio yo tenía miedo. Me explicó el Dr. Pazmiño que el dolor que yo tenía iba a empeorar con el tiempo. Él me enseñó fotos y videos de mi cirugía para explicarme en detalle qué iba a pasar. Yo tomé la decisión de tener la operación porque el Dr. Pazmiño tuvo razón en que el dolor solo iba a empeorar. Yo he escuchado historias donde este fue el caso para otras personas. Yo no quería seguir con el dolor que tenía. Ahora, después de la cirugía, me siento mucho mejor. Puedo dormir sin dolor en el cuello y hombros. Dejen el miedo, el Dr. Pazmiño tiene las mejores intenciones y es un buen doctor.

Yo tuve una cirugía ACDF a C45, C67, ADR C56 (espina dorsal) en abril 2026. Antes de mi cirugía yo tenía dolor en mi cadera, piernas y, lo más fuerte, en los hombros. Yo no podía agacharme porque después no me iba a poder levantar. Yo seguía perdiendo el balance y, cuando sucedía, yo me caía más de cuatro veces después de mi accidente. Mi dolor me limitaba mucho y no podía levantar mis brazos. Cuando tenía que hacer mi trabajo y quehaceres domesticos, tenía que tomar medicamento y después tenía que descansar porque tenia dolor. Al principio yo tenía un poco de miedo de la cirugía. Yo ya había tenido una primera opinión de la cirugía y en esa opinión yo iba a perder 80% de mi movimiento en el cuello. Cuando yo pedí la segunda opinión con el Dr. Pazmiño, me ofreció una diferente opción que me pareció mejor. También me sentía segura con el Dr. Pazmino porque él pidió exámenes para asegurarse de que yo iba a salir bien de mi cirugía. Después de mi cirugía, yo ya no tengo dolor en las… piernas y el dolor de mis hombros es bien mínimo. Yo no tuve ninguna complicación después de mi cirugía. Yo recomendé que no tengan miedo porque se están poniendo en manos de un buen doctor. Yo he visto un gran y buen cambio en estos 12 días después de mi cirugía. Es importante tomar decisiones para hacer cambios en nuestra salud.
