Dr. Pablo Henrique Tirado

I HAVE BEEN WITH DR. TIRADO FOR YEARS ME AND MY HUSBAND LOVE HIM HE IS A GOOD LISTENER GOT A LOT OF COMPASSION FOR HIS CLIENT; CARE A LOT AND WE HOPE THAT HE WILL BE THERE FOR A LONG TIME. DIANE BELANGER

Does not read blood test reports prior to seeing patient or discuss the reports with patient. Does not read messages sent by patients through the HCA portal. Computer generated reports issued after a visit often contain wrong or misleading information about non existing maladies and afflictions. Does not seem to listen to patients and understand their problems. Not clear why he spends so much time with his lap top during a patient visit and not enough time with the patient.

Went to see Dr. Tirado for an annual physical. He seemed to spend an inordinate amount of time on his laptop, but then I don't know if he was taking notes or whatever. I didn't like the fact that he didn't really seem to do anything other than check my heart and respiration and schedule me for a follow-up later. If you need to see blood work or anything else, they should be scheduled prior to the appointment so that he has the results then, not until the next visit 3 months later. The nurse who apparently transcribed his notes told me that she doesn't normally work in that office, but that she would schedule me for 2 consultations with specialists and get me the paperwork for the bloodwork. None of this happened and I had to go onto their website to get this information. I didn't look at the paperwork that the nurse handed me until I got home and that's when I discovered that my medications were listed incorrectly. It also stated that I have an enlarged prostate, which he never… checked and we never discussed. A few other issues that I brought up with the doctor didn't appear on the paperwork or in the notes on the website. I noted my concern on their website and a member of their staff contacted me to briefly discuss the issue. She stated that the head of their staff would contact me for a more detailed discussion but that never happened. I don't know where the mistakes in the information happened. Were the notes about the prostate and incorrect medication from the doctor or a mixup when the temporary nurse transcribed his notes? In the end, I don't feel comfortable going to a medical center where these basic mistakes are made. I'm looking for a new primary care physician and have eliminated some simply because they are part of the same medical center.

If you need to call every month for your refill, good luck trying to get some one to pick up the phone, never mind some one to call you back

Worst experience ever with dr Tirado Pablo. he don't come close to patient stay on his computer since intering the room till leaving that stethoscope around his neck probably never used. He got mad because I told him the meds he prescribed me wasn't working. and he said he would call an other one he never did I ended up in emergency room.

We moved to Port St. Lucie two years ago and I saw another doctor at Martin Health. We had excellent doctor's in Virginia and the doctor I saw here was appalling. Then I get a recommendation for Dr Tirado, he is amazing, he spends time listening to your concerns and takes action with tests if necessary and makes you healthy again. He is a very pleasant man and Google at his job.

HE ORDER A X RAY FOR MY PAIN AND PILLS

The staff made me feel welcome right away and were so kind to answer all my questions. The wait time was very short maybe 10 minutes tops. The nurse who took my vitals was so helpful and very kind. Again the wait time was very short to see the dr. Dr. Tirado made me feel very comfortable right away and didnt rush he took his time not like most that rush to get you out. He made sure i understood everything and answered all my questions. Im always nervous going to a new dr. but everyone was so kind and helpful i wasnt nervous at all. Its nice to know people still care. Im so very happy i found this place and i highly recommend it. If you want staff and a dr who cares this is the place to be.

Dr. Tirado has been my doctor for 5 plus years and he has always been thorough, easy to talk to about any medical concerns, understanding, explains and expresses his concerns and diagnoses. Sometimes I have to wait a little for him however that is understandable as he is always willing to go that extra step and I appreciate the time he spends with me. He is worth the wait time and it has never been like at other doctors offices!!! He's generally on time.Scheduling appointments are easy unless I have to reschedule. I've been given an appointment as late as 5:00pm on a Friday! His staff is courteous, quick and they don't spend more time with you than Dr. Tirado does. My husband hates to go to doctors however he doesn't mind seeing Dr. Tirado. Thank you Dr. Tirado for always being there when we need you!

I have seen Dr. Tirado since he came to the Heart and Family Institute. He has a quiet manner which always makes one feel great. He and his staff both remember me. They are just the best & I would recommend them to anyone.
