Dr. Padma Khanchustambham, MD

Both my Mother and Father have been seeing Dr Khanchustambham for years. She is the sweetest most caring doctor we have EVER had. She really listens and cares about her patients. She spends time talking with you for as long as it takes. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING doctor! 10 stars if i could!!

This unusually dedicated doctor is a rare gem. My wife and I have been privileged to be her patients for 10 years and have the highest admiration for her genuine care and compassion for us both. She has an amazingly depth of knowledge of pharmaceuticals and nothing is more important to her than doing all in her power to promote sustained good health in her patients.

Dr. Padma is the best physician that I have ever seen. She is compassionate, intelligent and truly dedicated to her profession. When you are with her it is like no one else exists but the doctor and the patient. She listens and cares. It is hard to find a doctor like this in this day and age.

Dr. K listens carefully and always has a treatment or suggestion for your needs.

Recently a new patient in the office and I am very pleased with the time and effort she gives to her patients. Along with the wonderful smiling staff that puts you at ease. I am very happy I choose to go with her.

Dr. Khanchu is amazing! I changed to her as my primary doctor in the middle of stage 4B cancer and am so glad I did. She made appointments to check me during my treatment - and it's a good thing. Right after 35 days of radiation, she caught the singles and fixed me in less that 5 days! Then she referred me to a dermatogolist and he removed a 2 1/2 in melonoma on my back. Lastly, I as in the hospital for shortness of breath and she came to see me twice (5:30pm and 7:30pm) the night I was overnight. She is caring and an absolute livesaver!!!! I also love her staff and her office manager. i would recommend her to anyone who wants the best care possible.

I needed a prescription renewed by the office staff, The pharmacy said they had not received the order. Dr. K's staff said they sent it.When i told them what the pharmacy said they became angry. I asked them to please call the pharmacy to verify that they did not have it. They then called and i got my meds. However, then Dr. K was laying in wait for me. When i had an appointment several weeks later she really lit into me. She told me that nobody in her office makes mistakes. Then she told me off for all of the things patients do to her which are not right. Since i have never done any of those things to her or any other doctor (such as bring in other family members and expect her to add them on to my appointment) I had to listen to her rant. Then at the end of my appointment, without getting any care from her, she refilled the meds and I left. This doctor is all about prescribing lots of meds and getting as many people in as possible.

Dr. Khanchustambham has a wonderful bedside manner. However, it has been my experience that all she ever does is listen attentively and prescribe lots of pills and lots of blood tests. In my case, over a period of years, she never did any kind of physical exam except once when I requested it. She never has never resolved any problem I was seeing her for and when the pills and more pills don't work she says, "Your problem is familial....even though no one in my family has ever had similar problems. Neither she nor her staff will tolerate being questioned on anything, even if an obvious error has been made. I recently required ER treatment due to serious complications of medication she prescribed for a minor cough. My blood pressure skyrocked to 204/90 and had diarrhea so bad I lost 7 lbs. in five days. Incorrect high dosage of another medication prescribed required a call from my pharmacist the doctor's office to correct because Cindy refused to "bother" the doctor for… verification after I questioned her. I am still quite ill from what I believe to be complications of medications prescribed without taking into consideration pre-existing medical conditions. I will not be seeing this doctor again and I will no longer be recommending her to anyone.
