Dr. Padmapriya Sivaraman, MD

Although this doctor may seem caring at first, things can still go quickly downhill. She hit a roadblock with me that should have never been a roadblock. She will lie to you in hopes that you don't know as much about autoimmune diseases, so that she can refer you to a different kind of specialist and make you someone else's problem. I really needed to advocate for myself so I could get further testing done. My insurance didn't cover my MRIs because she didn't provide the documentation needed ti show they were medically necessary. I brought this up to the office, and they said they'd look into it and never called me back. This doctor is also very disorganized and so is her staff. They lost my X-Ray images that was on a CD and claimed to not receive MRI results when they told me before in the patient portal that they did have them. They will make up every excuse to not hold themselves accountable. I'm sure some people have had good experiences with her, but I wouldn't take my chances.… I only kept seeing her because my insurance provides only a limited number of rheumatologists I can see. I'm getting a new insurance now, so I will not be coming back. Don't waste your time here.

She is very caring and takes the time to address all of your concerns. I have been a patient for several years and have had only a great experience. Her staff are very professional and friendly.

Dr Sivaraman was professional, kind, and listened patiently to all issues! My first visit with Rheumatology Associates in North Richland Hills was most impressive. Nurse Linda was very compassionate and lab tech Eric was the best! Pristine & inviting offices.

Always rushed, constantly reschedules appts, and doesn't listen to the patient. Don't dare question her care plan, she will get highly offended instead of working with the patient for the best outcome. Horrible physician who did absolutely nothing for RA in the time I wasted on her. Do yourself a favor and find another rheumatologist if you want quality care. She's not the one...

My experience has always been excellent. Dr. Sivaraman has greatly improved my quality of life. I can’t thank her and her staff enough.

Dr. Sivaraman is the kindest, most gentle doctor we’ve ever had. Exactly the kind of doctor my daughter needs. She listens to everything you say, answers questions. She is genuinely concerned about your health issues and won’t stop until she figures things out. She’s wonderful!
