Care provider took the time to utilize a video and heart model to help me not only understand the procedure but also help me to see what will be happening during the procedure by the use of the video and heart model. I never felt rushed nor did my ignorance bother him. I felt that all my questions were not only welcomed but they were thoroughly answered. The Dr. Was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I'm very pleased with the interest Dr. ONeill takes with my health.

I was referred to Dr. O'Neill by my cardiologist. At first, I was very impressed with him and thought he was a caring and affable physician; however, that first impression soon declined, especially after I received my pacemaker. Unfortunately, despite the placement of the pacemaker, my e-fraction continued to diminish. During my last visit to Dr. O'neill, I voiced my concern about the decline of my e-fraction and asked him what could be done to improve it. Instead of explaining the nature of the decline and the options I might have to improve my condition; Dr. O'Neill summarily dismissed me and my concerns and walked out of the exam room. After several days of abject depression, I started to research my options and was able to restore a sense of optimism. That was almost five years ago. Since then, four years ago, I received a heart transplant from Cedar Sinai, and I am doing well and have my life back, no thanks to Dr. O'neill.
