Dr. Janda talks to you with a condescending tone, will roll her eyes at you, horrible bed side manner, dies not listen to her patients, will give you an innacurate diagnosis. Receptionist is rude, horrible customer service! Do not see this Dr. if you have a chioce she is extremly entitled and childish!

Run- call cancel your apt and reschedule anywhere else. I was looking for a new dr. And upon entering this office it was hot, filthy dirty, smudges on glass so much dirt in every corner of the floor I can't believe they do procedures in office. Upon being told by the tattooed and unfriendly receptionist they were running on time- I waited 57 minutes to be called back to see the nurse practitioner- not dr janda. The helper nurse took my pulse and blood pressure and was totally wrong and inaccurate with both. She took an incomplete and bias filled medical history " digitally". Do NOT go to this office- it is dangerous, negligent and dirty.

very disapointed spent aprox 5 mounths off work trying to get diagnosis frm dr jandawas able 2 see her twice in this time was only allowed to see a PA unitil i put my foot down an said enough spentthousands of dollars on medical tests thousands of dollars loss of income.ct scan endoscopy colon oscopy chest exrays ultra soundblood tests nerve tests etc etc showed up couple times specificly for tests results which were not ther i was not notified they were not there an charged for visit anywaywhen showed up for appt been waiting over to mounths to have heart cleared by janda so can go forward with a problem with upper hernia with another doctor last visit was to discuss records from a emergency room visit so can discuss a treadmill test if nessacary not even mentioned in visit blood tests taken told come back 6 wks i now have to wait 6 weeks for these results i asked her its ben since feb 9th ive been coming here you wait this long to tell me after all these tests its my hernia causing… the problem so now i have to go back to work after the thousands of dollars this has cost me i cant take off work any longer because cant afford to so now i have to return to work with a hernia after spending 5 mounths with this doctor im absolutely amazed beyond belief
