Dr. Pamela Banks, DO

The office staff is very nice and Dr. Banks is also very nice. Her level of care seems to be minimal. I took my daughter there with what looked like ringworm to me and stated that, she had me do trial and error two times before actually telling me to try the ringworm medication. Therefore, I had to go back multiple times and pay multiple co-pays when I knew it was ringworm from the get go. They do not have the technology to swap for that. After that my daughter had a cough for over two months and the occasional fever, Dr. Banks office told me they do not do virus panels so therefore every time I went they really gave me no info about what was wrong with my child. My child was on Benadryl and Mucinex for months. It just didn't seem like it mattered why she was sick for so long. As a new parent she also did not ask any questions or give any information at the wellness checks . She did a quick 3 minute check and sent us on the way. I would ask questions and her responses were very short… and not helpful. I am in the process of switching doctors.

Dr Banks is an amazing Doctor!!! She takes the best care of my three children! We never have a problem getting an appointment, with 3 children someone is always sick. My children love and respect her as do I ð???

Dr. Banks is an excellent doctor I highly recommend her. Her staff is very accommodating and extremely caring. Dr Banks is excellent with little ones as well as young adolescents. I have been satisfied with her care for more than 10 years. No questions, she is one of the very BEST!!
