Dr. Pamela Jean Butler, MD

Dr. Butler, my dermatologist for many years, failed me inexcusably recently when she diagnosed my most recent basal cell carcinoma as rosacea despite her knowledge and notice of my history of the disease. Words cannot express my disappointment in her as both a physician and person (I was previously so very fond of her) when she tried to deflect blame to me after I insisted on being reimbursed for a nearly $100 out-of-pocket unwarranted prescription rosacea medication. Her attitude was almost heartbreaking. I have the correspondence from Aurora Health Care to prove it.

Dr. Butler is smart. She’s a VERY careful listener and very compassionate. She understanding. She’s the most caring Dr. I’ve ever been seen by. She is truly a professional and a wonderful person inside and out. She takes her time with you EVERY time. Never rushed. She is a gift. I’m so very thankful for her care and true concern. She is a gem.

The BEST! ***** actually would rate her 5 stars I heard about Dr. Butler from two friends. She puts you at ease, knows dermatology inside out!! It took me about 6 weeks to get an appointment, and I am sure that is because once you have seen her, only she will do! I happily recommend her!
