Will Not Go Back. Worst Experience Ever! All She Wants To Do Is Tell You There Is Nothing's She Can Do And Send You Packing..

I received notice before my appointment from her office that my insurance had been terminated. I told the very rude secretary that this was not the case. I waited in the crowded waiting room for an hour while they "waited to hear the status of my insurance" before leaving without being examined. I called United myself and was told that my insurance was find and they had never heard from PCS's office. I am a physician myself and this is completely unabbeptable. I am currently seeking a new OBGyn.

She sucks

I was referred to Dr. Cates-Smith by a co-worker when I was inquiring about an OB GYN for my pregnant teenage daughter. My OB that we have used in our family, i.e. my mom, sisters and myself for all deliveries and well woman exams for the past 20years had retired. I really wanted to feel comfortable with a new OB not only for me but especially for daughter's first experience with an OBGYN. I am so happy we found Dr. Cates-Smith you couldn't pay me enough to say how wonderful she is, very caring and always takes the time to answer all of our questions, not to mention appt are fast and we are in and out. I could even go as far to say she is better than my old OB. Our experience with Dr. Pamela Cates-Smith has been a pleasure and I am happy to refer her to ALL my family and friends. So glad to have found her!

My experience with this doctor was not good at all! She is nice but not caring. She never explain anything and seems to not care about any of her patients concerns. I do not recommend her at all. No matter what you are going thru she thinks that everything and anything is ok.

The doctor gave me hope back.

I had a pap done and it was the best experience I have ever had going for this. She was excellent! I will refer all of my friends to her!
