Terrible Doctor and staff. Everyone was rude and unfriendly. My main concern and request for referral was completely dismissed. Very unprofessional appearance from the Doctor as well. Wait times are ridiculously long.

My OBGYN recommended Dr. Pamela Dugano-Daphnis to me over 10 years ago and I could NOT be happier! Dr. Dugano-Daphnis truly cares about her patients. She always asks what's new in my life or how my family is. She listens to how and what I'm feeling. She takes as long as I need to address any concerns I may have and does NOT ever try to rush me up and out. Appointments usually run on time. And you can even schedule ahead of time, months actually, if you want to see only her. She does have others in her office that may see other patients for various purposes. People are so quick to complain and hardly ever stop and compliment. Dr. Dugano-Daphnis is simply a great doctor. Give her a chance. You'll be so glad to did!

Both dr. Daphnis and her assistant have great bed side manner. They do listen to you as the patient and actually work with you to solve your issues. I actually enjoy seeing her assistant I feel I have more of rapport with her

my husband and i have seen Dr Dugano-Daphnis for about 4 yrs. and have talked many times about changing doctors. she is always giving us to her assistant when we clearly state that we wanted to see her only. during our time here we may have seen her a total of a year. i almost died due to being given a med. that reacted against me but the asst. Dr. kept putting me off when i told her my reactions. After going to emergency and having being told that the med. was my problem and i told asst. about it it still took 2 more visits to get her to put in my chart that i was not to take this med. she still had it listed that i was taking it. Then she was gone and we got to see Dr.Daphins again. Now she has a new asst. and when my husband went in he was passed to the asst. and we was told that our appointments would be at different times from now own due to him having to come in for after surgery follow up. This is unfair to us as the reason for going to her was because she said she had no… problem seeing us together.

She has always been very good with me.

I enjoyed this visit, it was very thorough. I was satisfied with the genuine concerns and questions that showed interest in my overall health.

I love Dr Daphnis and would follow her anywhere. She is caring and ATTENTIVE and never rushes me. She always lets me ask whatever questions I have and CARES about ME. I believe all her "admin" problems have been corrected now. She has a PA to help her as well BUT I will stick with seeing her ONLY !!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Daphnis for more than 10 years. She is a very caring Doctor who sits down and talks to you. She never makes me feel that she is in a hurry. She also inquires about me personally. (How was your daughter's wedding) Amanda her nurse has always been caring and sweet. She is a little on the bashful side, but that does not mean that she does not care. I am very happy with Dr Daphnis and I have referred over 50 people to her.

This woman was hostile from the moment she walked in and started talking to us. She was resistant, combative and smart-alek. I had to repeat constantly. These people had some problem unknown to us. My sister and I were appauled. This was my first and last kept appointment at this place. Beware of these low quality, unprofessional people who churn out medicare patients. My arm tendon was sore for three weeks where the staff drew blood, either purposely or wrecklessly. Spare yourself the awful experience of these nasty women with some axe to grind!!

Dr. Daphnis, her nurse (Amanda) and new receptionist are AWESOME! I have refered friends to her and they love her too. Since she has left Herman H.Grp. she takes even more time with patients. She has a been a wonderful physician and confidant for several years and prayfully will be there for me and my family for many more.
