I have severe fibromyalgia symptoms. I am so happy Dr. Freeman accepts patients like me. She knows what I am going through and what is very important she understands my condition.

Listens to what you are saying without diagnosing first to get symptoms that match. Cares about you as an individual not just a patient. I feel free to discuss her diagnosis and any other possible treatments.

The doctor was ok, even though she did not really help diagnose my issue just told me what I already knew. The staff on the other hand was terrible. The lady who called me back was rude after I waited almost an hour. When I walked back I heard people complaining loudly, someone stunk BAD of cigarette smoke and they didn't even look like they were working. After my visit with the Dr. I the lady I spoke with at the desk talked down to me after I waited another 15 minutes just to ask her a question, seemed like she didn't even want to be working there. Overall it was a very unfriendly, unprofessional environment. I will not be returning.

Dr. Freeman is Superior! Caring, Knowledgeable and Professional. The Appointment Staff is horrible. While the Doctor requests patient to be seen in a certain number of months or weeks the scheduling staff always make certain that the patient knows that just because the doctor wants to see the patient doesn't mean that there will be an appointment. Often times your appointment is cancelled by the office and often times you are placed on a waiting list. Unacceptable way to run a doctors office. If you have too many patients - stop accepting patients instead of making the patient have poor feelings about the office.

Dr. Freeman is so compassionate and knowledgeable. She always takes time to talk and she makes you feel so comfortable with your illness. She understands women and their pains and discomforts. I can't say enough good things about her. I am just happy I found her.

If Dr. Freeman was a sole practitioner, I would probably continue to be her patient. She seemed nice and caring, but I didn't get a chance to form an opinion. The office however, is badly managed and apparently overwhelmed with patients. Waiting time is ridiculous, and office policies are bizarre.
