Dr. Pamela J Harford, DO

I was so at ease with the staff, Amber her assistant was thorough and comforting as I was upset with a blood transfusion 2 weeks before and still not feeling up to par. She was very informative and reassured me I was in good hands which i felt immediately. Her concern for my health was genuine and i felt good that my referral to the specialist would be taken serious and with prompt action.

Dr is never in office except 1 day a week and 3 mornings a week. My family and I all go to her. My daugher (whose is an adult) called to make an appt and had to leave a message for them to call back-a very common occrence. She is still waiting after a week. She just went to a specialist becuase she could get an appt. Her office is not helpful, usual rude except for Rosemay. And followup is next to none.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harford for about 16 years. I was upset when we had to go to Kaiser because of employee insurance options. Dr. Harford still kept me as a patient and has been my best relief for rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia, among other illnesses. She and her staff have always been very helpful. It may be difficult to get an appointment but that is because she is well liked and a great doctor!!! But if you have an emergency, she has 2 other associate doctors in her office. I like them too.

Office staff rude. Unable to get an appointment on time.Long wait until being seen, Dr. even more rude was not helpful and basically told me to go elsewhere. I was stunned, still considering filing a complaint with the medical board. Failed to follow up on treatment after a very bad case of pneomonia by telling me where the door was when their staff made a scheduling mistake and dr refused to see me after waiting 40 mins. then had the nerve to tell me I was rude. Saw me after all but only to tell me off. would not recommend this dr. to anyone if they care about their health.
