Dr. Pamela Yolanda Hollins, MD

I love having Dr. Hollins as my physician. She is very caring and listens to her patients, which makes a difference in diagnosing and treatment. She does appropriate follow up and has even called and gave my son’s instructions on my care while I was sick at home. She is a rare gem. And it is because of those qualities that I overlook the craziness of her staff. To keep from waiting extremely long, schedule your appointment to be her 1st patient in the morning!

I certainly enjoy going to Dr. Hollis office to see Dr. Coe because she has cared for my family for generations and my sister worked for her and had a wonderful experience. The only problem I have with this office is the terrible customer service, rude behavior and immature nature of the receptionist who is more hostile and combative to help a patient rather than help. Unfortunately the abuse of one employee makes me want to seek care elsewhere rather than deal with the hassle of an unprofessional woman that cannot be avoided to speak to my doctor for adequate healthcare. I also fear my mother returning and having to deal with the hassle of the front desk.
