It wouldn’t let me give zero stars unfortunately. Quit trying to be a psychiatrist and actually treat people for what you specialize in. You’re charging everyone a specialist copay for that reason am I right?? If you would stop and actually listen and not constantly talk over your patients and not come in with preconceived notions or assumptions and your own biased judgements on people you take care of...maybe you would get better reviews. I couldn’t get a word in edge wise at my visit. My husband and I were completely dumbfounded. And that’s exactly why we decided it was just time to get up and leave. It’s extremely sad and extremely terrifying that it has become common practice to just treat everything with antidepressants which in my personal experience only creates an exorbitant amount of other problems that were never there. You don’t care about the patients as actual people anymore. If you did you’d actually stop talking over them and for once just listen to them. How awful… of you to get enjoyment out of making people look and feel like fools. We’re numbers with bank accounts to you. That’s all.

I have been seeing Dr Sullivan for years. She has always been a great doctor. She takes the time to listen to me and is very caring. I have even sent all three of my daughters to her. But now she is associated with Heartland and there is no way to call her office directly. I was given a prescription that made me sick and need to get something different. But I had to go through Heartland. I had to give my information to the person who answered the phone only to be told she has to transfer me to a nurse. Then I had to give all my information again to the nurse. The nurse then tells me she will contact Dr Sullivan and when the doctor replies to their email they will get back to me. I had to call Heartland back because I hadn’t heard back from them. I found out that the doctor had received heir email but didn’t code it right in the computer so if I hadn’t called back I wouldn’t have gotten a new prescription. Also everything is done through a patient portal but if the doctor’s office… doesn’t enter the test results in the computer then I can’t get the results. So even though I have seen Dr Sullivan for years and I think she is a great doctor, I am looking for a new doctor because of Heartland

Great doctor. Makes you feel at ease. Can talk to her about anything.
