I have been back and forth with billing and they are rude and supposed to reimburse me money for copays I was not supposed to make. When all of this came about Vicki one of the assistants started giving me attitude every time I came in. The emails coming back from them have so many spelling and grammatical errors also. Do not go to them!!!! They will rob you of your money and read all the reviews! They have done this multiple times to many people! Time to contact BBB and a lawyer!

It was a bad decision to choose this place.I asked me multiple time about keeping the baby as well as genetic testing. To the point that I felt pressured. I did not feel they were concerned about my feelings or care. At first they would ask for my urine sample. They handed me a standard medical cup with the lid and all, then by my third visit I was handed a Dixie cup. Wow, that can’t meet medical standards. They wanted my full deductible for next year up front from the very first visit. Even though it was about 6 months away from my delivery date and my deductible is for my entire family. So by time I would have delivered I wouldn’t have owed the entire thing to them, as my daughter sees three different specialist, so my deductible would have been spread out between at least four different doctors and that’s not including if my husband or son went to the doctor. I was constantly asked when I was going to make a payment even in front of my children witch made my daughter make the… comment to me, she felt bad that all her treatment costs so much, that I can’t pay the doctor to help me as well as her new baby brother. I had to try to explain to my little girl that I don’t owe them the money yet, they can’t charge me for treatment I have not received. Also that they are receiving money from my insurance company for every office visit. I called my insurance to ask how hard it would be to switch doctors. They said it was a lot of paperwork. So I thought I’d just stick it out. Finally they dropped me. I went to a new place, they lady at the new office told me she needed my medical records. Witch I would like to say can not contain much, as I didn’t receive any real exams from Fox valley. I was always sent out for any tests or treatment. The only medical records they have on me is my weight and blood pressure. I have Gestational diabetes. Witch I kept track of. Every office visit consisted of taking my blood pressure then the doctor asking if I had any questions “No” okay see ya. I went in to fox valley office filled out the paperwork, for them to send my records to the new office. The next day I called the new office they told me they received a fax that said my records will not be sent over because of non payment. When I asked about what I owe Fox valley they gave me an amount, but would not provide me with a print out of the bill. I asked for the billing departments number. I was told she didn’t know it. Who doesn’t know their own billing departments number. So basically I am stuck here with no way to receive treatment. I am a high risk pregnancy and with just two months away from my delivery date. I am truly applauded that a DOCTOR first drops me, then prevents me from being able to seek help anywhere else. I looked into the Illinois laws and what I read was that a doctors office can’t not hold your records because of non payment they have to seek help though a collection process. They can charge a flat fee or charge by page for the documents. They can also charge for postage and Preparation of the files. But it has to be a reasonable amount. This office is not following the laws. I feel that I am alone in a fight that I can not win. The experience of having a child is supposed to be a happy positive time in your life instead I’m stressed, crying and worried about where and in who’s care I’m going to be able to deliver. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in my life. I was able to reach out to the medical records department. And she informed me that they are totally wrong and trying to charge such a high rate for a processing fee. I was able to get my insurance company to contact the office and ask why they were not releasing my records. They told her they want the full payment in cash only they will not except my bank card or credit card for payment must be in cash in order for me to receive my records. The lady in medical records was shocked by their actions.

The front desk women are horrible and they are the ones that run the office. They are not there to help you. Rocko is there to overcharge and Vicky is never around to answer insurance questions. Rocky was the most rude person I have ever encountered, and what was worse is that it's a doctors office. DONT sign anything with them they have a form thats for "deductibles" but in reality if They don't submit something on time you get the whole bill. They will smile to your face and pretend to help But they are not there for you. I was pregnant and they added a lot of unnecessary stress to the point where I just wanted to avoid going. it really got bad at my third trimester when it is also very difficult to find a doctor. Once they had me very frustrated and in tears in the office and when I spoke to Dr about it he did nothing. HORRIBLE PLACE TO RECEIVE HEALTHCARE!!!!!

Went to this doctor for a hysterectomy by the recommendation of my family doctor. The staff set up a day for surgery and I told them I need to know how much I would owe the doctor and how much I would owe the hospital. They gave me a ballpark figure for the doctor...between $500 and $5000. They then proceeded to tell me that I would need to call the hospital and ask for the sugergy department, find out who will be in the surgery room, get each person's ein(ss#), call my insurance company, give them these #'s, and find out if these individuals were covered under my insurance policy. If they weren't, I was to call the office back and cancel that surgery day and start all over. I thought this was ludicrous. I also called and requested that the doctor call me, as I had some questions about my upcoming surgery. The staff informed me that the doctor NEVER calls his patients and that if I wanted to speak to him, I had to make an appointment to see him. I explained that I was just there the… day before and the staff told me...NO EXCEPTIONS. The woman who answers the phones and sets up appointments is rude, intimidating and a bully! I decided not to have my surgery with this doctor, as I could see having complications and having to deal with a doctor and his staff that just wouldn't care. I will tell my family doctor to stop recommending these people, as they'll only hurt her credibility.

Never experienced such a terrible payment policy like in Dr. Kulsak office.Even if you have insurance, they charge you for the FULL price of the office visit, if you did not have any coverage. Than you wait months and months when they file the claim, and you have to keep calling them in order to credit back your money. I was not impressed by their lack of professionalism either, and decided to leave the office. From "revenge" they charged $3000!!!! for 3 prenatal visits, saying that once I decided to deliver somewhere else, they have to charge a "global fee".....but $3000???????? Not recommend them at all!!!!!

Dr Pamorn Kulsakdinn was nice doctor but his office staff is horrible. Rocky especially is the worst. rude, disrespectful and no customer service. I read a bad review about your office for the same thing. just thought it was someone just complaining but after experiencing this they were right. Should have "AVOID" this office like it says in yelp. So know I'm driving 45mins to my old doctor to be in a better environment.
