Dr Gore was amazing. He was my son's surgeon and showed how compassionate a doctor he is. In my son's last few months, he took care of him when he did have to. His surgery had to be cancelled, and his oncologist was on vacation and transitioning from one hospital to another, but Dr Gore kept him on as a patient and our family will always be grateful. In the end he was the only doctor my son trusted and liked. Thank you on behalf of him.

Poor follow up with patient post surgery, average waiting time ~45 minutes. Appointment was "accidentally" cancelled by his assistant without notifying patient. The same assistant also made MULTIPLE mistakes for drugs prescriptions when discharged from hospital. Labs & MRI orders never placed properly in system per discussion, patient had to call the office each time to remind them do their jobs properly. Slow comments/feedback on test results.

You took out my brain tumor. Recovery was not easy. My nurses were amazing. You do amazing work and you care. You care about preventing problems that could happen post operation. You care about each person you care for. Thank you.

Unwilling to render 2nd opinion without seeing 1st. neurosurgeons recommendations. I wanted an opinion not biased by the 1st. - just as drug trials always have a control group. Also, calling office always gets an answering machine. Staff attempted to fob off calling me with questions by having my PCP call me instead. Very uncooperative.
