Dr. Pankaj Kakkar, MD

My mother in law was visiting us and complaining of severe headaches. We decided to go to Dr Kakkar. After an examination he gave her a prescription medication that has worked wonders for her. She was suffering for the past month. I am extremely impressed with the humbleness and diagnostic skill of Dr Kakkar. We had gone to a number of doctors before but received incorrect diagnoses.

Dr Kakkar literally saved my life. I was in my thirties with strange symptoms and was about to be released from the hospital After they did a scan, for stress related symptoms. He kept this from happening and ordered a brain MRI, where strokes were thank God found. Beyond that, he supported me and followed me medically to keep me safe and improving throughout a two year healing process. I understand there are a couple of poor reviews here, but my experience has been life altering in an immensely positive way with him - and I would strongly recommend him as a neurologist to anyone. Also, the practice staff is excellent - Paulette has helped me tremendously as well and anyone I deal with there is a pleasure.

Seems to be bothered with everything you tell him. Comes off as very condescending. I felt as if he was belittling me the entire visit.
