Dr Lai is great. but... when Dr Lai gave me the referral form to the front desk for making appointment, Amy the front desk staff is not professional and terrible. She asked me to call for the referral appointment by myself. Never meet a staff that lazy and rude.

If I can see the doctor 1 hour later than my appointment time,I will feel lucky; And they didn't give you the details of your annual physical results,just told you normal, later on, I found their normal range is different than my specialist's range...luckily I called,or I would just feel I am healthy...I will definitely look for a new family doctor

I was skeptical the moment I sat down and watched the haphazard exchanges within the office. Pansy herself was sweet and went over everything with me. Her staff was unprofessional, rude, and careless. Her assistant took my blood and I noticed there was dry blood on the elastic band from a previous patient. When I took my eye exam, she walked away and I stood there asking if I was all set... she came out and yelled "You need glasses." And that was it. Not to mention I had some trashy creep hitting on me. I wasn't sure when the physical was over because she ditched me during the process, so I walked out.

In the almost 10 years I have been brining my elderly grandmother here, I have never seen her walk into a room ontime or prepared. She is diorganized and unprepared and does not even feign a recollection of who her patient is. She talks at you as opposed to you. She listens poorly and generally unhelpful with ailments and complaints.
