Dr. Pansy Tsang, MD

Dr Tsang spent extra time with me today during an urgent visit. She clearly and compassionately reviewed all of the pros and cons of many possible treatment options for my hard to treat issue. I really appreciated her expert help and highly recommend her.

Don’t waste your time. She is not accepting new patients despite the claims on many websites (and even her office!). Her office, and Dr. Tsang, have terrible customer service and patient care. Last fall I selected her as my primary care physician at the referral from a couple friends who work for Sansum. Her office confirmed she was accepting new patients but because of Covid she was not seeing patients. A couple of months later I had to be seen by a doctor so I called her office. They told me I was not a patient of hers because I’d never seen her (because again, she was not seeing patients because of Covid). I was left in a lurch, had to go to an ER(!!) despite my insurance company, and my repeated calls to her office to straighten things out. Please don’t waste your time with her. Our health is too valuable to be wasted on someone like her or her office.
