Unprofessional company. Do not try and do in-home therapy. They just try to push clinic setting only. They don't bill properly either. There are so many other companies, don't choose Pediatric Minds!!!

It's very unfortunate that many professionals in this field lack empathy.Very difficult to get appointments. Excellent receptionist.Too bad I can't ever get her to return my calls; it's very frustrating especially when, as parents, we want the best care for our children.

She doesn't return my calls and takes forever to get reports done.She is; however, very knowledgeable. I just wish I didn't have to go through my chilldren's pediatrician to get reports and tests ordered from her.

We love Dr. Sharifi. She is a huge help with medications and social issues and helping beyond while you are at her office. She is very much for the kids and helping them succeed. The UCLA phone system is the problem in getting to her. Once you get to her and are a patient and get to see her for the first time she is very responsive with us. We highly recommend her and she is the only reason we keep UCLA as our medical group.

it was supposed to be one hour meeting, but we were waiting for 30 minutes and I think she didn't wanna be late for the next appointment, as ours was the first appointment and the diagnosis was not right!!!! she was so aggressive and didn't give me any chance to go through my questions and concerns. I think she was just trying to sell her services and when I mentioned that we don't have that much money just put the label on my child and direct us to the lobby!!!!!!

I think she's the best doc in the South Bay!
