Said I couldn't have a MTBI since my head didn't strike anything. FALSE I did suffer a concussion as proven in scans done at the hospital. Also claimed there was nothing wrong with my lower back even though test results clearly stated that I had herniated disc. Became very angry when I stopped p.t. she ordered after I suffered increased pain and inability to walk. Tried to contact her regarding this but she was on vacation! Then she yelled at me saying I should have continued until I spoke with her! She was on vacation for two weeks! I explained that I discussed it with my primary care giver who instructed me to cease p.t. until I could see her. She persisted yelling at me stating I should have spoke to her first.

Very patient focused. Was willing to listen to me. Spent time with me. I did not feel rushed. Not as easy as expected to get appointment, took several weeks to get in, due to limtied number of days in office.
