For the second time I went to vist this practice since my normal NP moved to virginia beach, her name was Andrea.She was one of the most caring providers I've ever had. So when i scheduled i agreed to seeing a new NP named Kelly. This is the second time I've agreed to seeing her and she has fell short as a good provider. In both cases she ignored my concerns and didn't do any medical testing to confirm her diagnosis. When you go in with a sore throat, high fever and cough. She did not even check me for strep. What a waste of time and energy. GET RID OF HER QUICK...

I’m very Dissatisfied with my visit to your office and especially with the doctor Parimal Desai, who prescribed the medicine for me, he prescribed me with a repulsive medicine and didn’t said about side effects. It’s shoud helps me for good sleeping but at night I had pain and woke up. I lost consciousness , falling down and suffered injuries on my face. I could die if hitting hard. I will not pay any of your medical bills, and I will Complain Specific organizations

The only Dr who doesn't rush you, who listens actively and actually cares about your health. He is also very patient and doesn't give you that rushed feeling. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Desai's for 12 years. He is not only a fine doctor in every way, but shows genuine empathy for all his patients. Furthermore, his staff shares his qualities of kindness, patience and caring, no matter how busy or stressed they may be. His office should be a showcase for what all doctors' offices should be!
