Dr. Parul Aneja, MD

Her communication style is seriously lacking. She is very slow to return to calls. I was discharged from the hospital with a home iv for antibiotics. I was suppose to have a teleappointment from her but never was contacted ....FOR A MONTH! The pharmacy supplying my meds was able to keep me informed of the progress of my blood work . However, what is concerning is the amount of unprofessionalism . In my final week of treatment I was contacted by her saying there was a problem with her application that creates appointments and communicates with patients. Um okay soo3 then call WITHOUT ONE-- it takes a month to figure out your app has a problem. Okay sure...hey heres an idea ask your billing department. They sent your bill for 2900$ without any glitch. Seems they know how to find me with no problem. In fairness she did her job, but from a distance. I am currently waiting for my last med prescription that should have been sent a week ago. I have left messages and the office staff try to… help, but it is what it is at this point.

Excellent.Takes her time, she has the expertise and the compassion that separate her from the rest.I was referred to her by a colleague who spoke highly of her.

Unprofessional does not communicate. used wrong codes for lab work. does not follow up. I could not imagine using this doctor to handle my medical care. Receptionist.....JUST PLAIN OLD RUDE. Calls never returned, and all this with the first appointment.

No one answers the phone at this office I've called eight times when the system does pick up it says to enter remote access code. When I finally reach the secretary I asked for a call back within 24 hours as I'm a current patient and it's now been 2 days with no response. Not the kind of urgency you'd expect from an HIV specialist!!
