Very professional, excellent

First of all, when called for an appt, staff did not tell upfront that dr Parvin Chowdhury is not practicing at this location anymore, even when we specifically asked for an appt with this Dr. When we showed up, we had to wait for 90 minutes before a practitioner showed up - she was not Dr Chowdhury. When we asked "where is Dr Chowdhury?', the person who showed up said she is not practicing at this location anymore. We were like why did you not inform this earlier? No idea who this person is - whether a doctor or a pharmacist or some homeless bum from the street. We were very disappointed at the service provided, the wait time, the fake doctor and so on ... Please dont waste your time and money going to this place. Everyone in this place is sick and has an attitude - no one wants to help you. They act like its your fault coming to this place!

as of right now she happens to be my doctor ,she always listens to you and gives you the best of care and its appointments but if im not feeling well and i need to see her right away i can, her assistant is so nice and sweet she talks to me and gives me good advice on my health and is easy to reach when needed, she so good on what she does best making you and keeping you healthy!
