Dr. Pasquale Santini, MD

I used to be the patient of this office for years, when it was at its lightest and most formidable state. Two excellent physicians and their highly professional staffs providing excellent care to their clients, which was hard to find anywhere else. Then after being overseas for a few years, I came back and everything was changed. The office was expanded and became a concierge medicine with several physicians. My adorable, wonderful doctor was not amount the several new internists there anymore. The staffes for most part, except the only one from the old office still working there, were hustler not care givers. They were there to get money from me in a relentless and harsh way, while laying, cheating their way in the process. I had a session with Dr. Pasquale Santini, he requested a specimens for lab test to be cultured; when ready, he prescribed an antibiotic for me. After few days, my infection worsened rapidly. I went to see another physician taking my test result… and the medication with me. The new doctor showed me that based on the cultured lab result, Dr. Santini had prescribed the antibiotic that the test was showing the bacteria is resistant to it. This error could have been extremely dangerous to my wellbeing, because the infection was affecting my kidneys. Fortunately, the new treatment and antibiotic effectively prevented further problems. I send a letter to Dr. Santini, enclosing a copy of Dr. Santini’s own lab test and his prescription containing the wrong medication, without ever receiving any reply from him, let alone an apology.

An excellent and caring primary care doctor.

Doctor Santini, is very professional and very compassionate at the same time. He spend time with me talking about my health, life style and interests that I have. I found that very important that he looks behind the phisical health of a patient. The office is very nice and updated recently, all people that work there are nice and make you comfortable. I have been a patient of Dr. Santini fpr many years and I highly recomend him.
