Dr. Patience Adjovi Williams, MD

We have been with Doctor Williams over 14 years, 2 boys and a girl. First something is wrong with the Doctor she disappeared little over a year ago, she did not have the decency to let her patients know. 2 the staff will not tell you that she is not in. they have punch of rent a doc who has no idea and familiar with your kids. 3. About 9 months ago we asked if we can have our children records we would move to another doctor. Doctor Williams calls and says don’t go I am back now. No where to be found so I took couple of days off work come in asked for the records it will take about week. I begged I was told to come tomorrow morning Tuesday. No sorry records need to be pulled come back at 4:00 pm Tuesday. Nothing is ready not realizing is all records are on the computer it will take one click to print. Sitting here for an hour. Dr. Williams you use to be so much better than this not sure what happened. At one time you were amazing and you ran top notch office. Anyone who is… still with this Doctor good luck.

Don't bring your children to this woman, she is never there and her staff is incompetent.

Everyone is friendly, however the nurses or CNA do not comprehend well and they seem to have no knowledge of how to do basic admin. Wait times are long when you are the only patient in the lobby area and the waiting room. Everyone seems to spend more time on their phone instead of answering the phone. Dr. Williams is okay when she is there.

Dr. Williams has given excellent care to our 2-year old son since his birth. She is very patient and good at explaining things to new parents. In an emergency, she is easy to reach and gives great advice.
