I have been a patient of Dr. Arns for more than 8 years now and I really like her. Just recently after having several health problems I can't get through to her nurse, no one calls me back with results or to discuss results after I've been referred to another doctor and they lie on their notes in the office. I'm in the process of changing primary care physicians so that I can get a call back on my health.

Dr. Arns is a wonderful caring doctor, and I have been a patient of hers for nearly a decade. She is, in my opinion the only saving grace to having to deal with lengthy office waits and occasionally discourteous office staff. If you need to call to make an appointment, or have problems with prescriptions, you will need to be prepared for a 10-15 minute hold time on the phone. However, the wait on the phone will pale in comparison to the 1-3 hour in office wait time you may often experience on the day of your appointment. If you have the patience and temperament to deal with the wait and the office staff, then you will find that Dr. Arns is a keeper and one of the few saving graces of her practice.

this is the most wonderful and caring doctor i have ever had. she will stay right with you when she knows you need her. my children are so very happy that i have a doctor like her.

DR ARN IS A WONDEFUL DR, SHE IS VERY CARING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I AM LUCKY TO HAVE HER CARE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MYSELF.
