Disappointing Second Visit – Rude and Unprofessional Doctor I initially had a great experience at this office with the nurse practitioner, who was kind, thorough, and professional. However, my second visit was extremely disappointing. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, only to be seen by a different doctor (Dr. Mcclerklin) than my initial visit. Instead of addressing my medical concerns, the doctor immediately asked what insurance I had. After I answered, she abruptly told me to follow her and walked me straight to the billing receptionist. I was told I needed to pay for my previous visit before being seen, even though I was never informed of an outstanding balance before this appointment. I completely understand the importance of paying medical fees, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and disrespectful. The doctor had no bedside manner, didn’t provide any medical service, and seemed more concerned with payment than patient care. If I… had been informed of the balance beforehand, I would have handled it differently, but making me wait over an hour just to be sent to billing was unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning to this office. I hope they improve their communication and patient care moving forward.

I’ve seen Dr McClerkin a couple times as a child a long time ago. She has always been great. The customer service from the employees it’s self is TERRIBLE. This will be my first time go back in April. I called to set up an appointment and Ms. Holmes was very rude and unprofessional.

You can never get in touch with anyone in the office and it so much going on. So many different things being told you from different people when it comes to billing. As African american own business we got to do better. Disgrace and aggravated.

It was the most horrible and disgusting experience I ever encountered from someone who call there self a doctor she was very unprofessional. the place reaped with a bad moldy smell. waiting room crowded. Dr Patricia McClerkin finally came in to turn back running from patient to patient telling "I be right back" When she finally came in she asked me a couple of questions asked me to stand up she snatched my sweater up look snatched my pants and under garments down. I asked her if she just came from another patients room she said yes which I already knew the answer. I commented to her "you just got finished with a patient you never washed your hands or put gloves on" she slammed herself down in the chair began yelling and swinging her arms and hands saying to me "did you open the doors coming in" "I said no someone opened it for me" Dr Patricia McClerklin still yelling I asked why are you yelling proceeded to tell me grems are everywhere next time remind her to put gloves on" … "I said but you just got finished touching a patient before me I don't know what that patient have and they don't know what I have" she wrote out a prescription I said " you only looked at me" then it was a prescription that has law suites from tv, so she torn it up began to write another one. she ripped that one up giving me a prescriptions to go for tests. YOU TOUCH PEOPLE SKIN WASH YOUR HANDS! NASTY!!!

Staff are very unprofessional

Felt rush during visit. Didn’t listen to my concerns.She touch my skin without gloves!

Went for an appointment and the place smelled like urine, the staff is disorganized, no gloves were used during an injection, racism was obvious, I would highly recommend avoiding

This is the most Unprofessional Dr. office I have ever ever been to ! After 5 weeks they still had not contacted me for results. Wg

My sons appointment was at 930. At 1145 I still hadn't been seen and someone was still in front of me. Absolutely terrible. They should not schedule so many people at one time. Insane.
