Dr. Scallan is the first ENT I’ve ever seen. She’s very good at what she does and her suggestions are always helpful. Her staff are very polite and kind also. It didn’t take long to get an appointment then to be called to the back to see her. She takes time to hear your concerns and respond with what is best for you. I would highly recommend her to anybody. Oh, and I love her style she dresses so cute .

Couple days to get an appointment, but very satisfied with my first visit. She’s the first ENT that suggested a few new things for my chronic allergy/sinus issues.

Absolutely love Dr Scallan! From they day she removed my son’s tonsils and adenoids (13 yrs ago) and then removed mine 2 months later, she has been our go to ENT!! Sometimes there is a little longer wait; however, she has always taken her time with me to make sure she addresses each concern, and times I was fit in on her schedule… When you meet someone as awesome as her, you don’t mind the wait so much. Recommend her hands down to anyone!

She has a great bedside manner. Explains details of my care in easy to understand terms. Love her!

You better not be running a minute over the 15 min rule under any circumstances she will not see your child...make you reschedule them....it's difficult to get another appointment soon & she will discharge you from her practice for running a few minutes late & showing up for the appointment! Plus charge you a $25 fee for her choosing not to see you even if she is the one running late or behind & you have to sit and wait longer than expected for her! We aren't talking about no calling for an appointment or showing up at all but actually taking your time to be courtesy & call (you are put on extended holds and transfered) in addition to showing up for your child's appointment in person navigating through the bluebonet traffic & facility parking lot (always packed) surgery center also, waiting for the elevator, racing to the second floor with an upset toddler who doesn't feel well, waiting your turn in line to sign-in (one-line) then to be told you are two or three minutes past the… deadline to be seen today! Really?? It happens to dozens of patients in Dr. Scallan's practice on a daily basis!! #ParentingWoes
