Dr. Patricia M Schultz, MD

I’ve seen Dr. Schultz twice before and both times there were ridiculous waits. Her and her receptionist have no sense of urgency or sticking to the actual time of your appointment. Today I saw the doctor while I was waiting and asked after waiting almost 30 mins, if I would be seen soon. She was very sarcastic and rude in her response and told me that that’s the way it goes. I told her that I like coming to this practice, however not sticking to the schedule is very disrespectful to one’s time. I mentioned that I am working and need to get back for meeting. She sarcastically told me, “who isn’t?” She then proceeded to tell me about a practice that I should consider and as she is telling me about this practice, she mentions that they also work with the Wizards team. Then she turns her head looks me up and down and says, “well it’s not like you would qualify for the Wizards anyway”. I was appalled and in shock at her rude and crass comment. It was completely uncalled for &… unprofessional.
