We hate to write this review but this practice leaves us no choice by ignoring multiple calls and messages. We don't know what has happen to this practice but my wife and I have been going here for several years now and always had excellent experiences. Well, for some reason that has come to an end as of last week. My wife has been diabetic for years and the meds she had been taking just wasn't working very well anymore. The Nurse Practitioner suggested she try a new medication and switched her. The new meds were doing good through the first two months until she went to refill her third month prescription and discovered that the previous had been written wrong when it was filled and the insurance denied this refill. The insurance said based upon the last refill that it could not be refilled for another three weeks because how the last had been written, but if this was in error the doctors office could call them and verify a correction. My wife has been trying to get this practice to… correct this simple mistake since last week (now 8 days) with no resolve, and she is now watching her glucose numbers steadily climb out of control. Something has changed in this place because she, nor I, have ever been treated with such lack of care or concern. Is this considered incompetence or neglect? BEWARE!!!
