She is a quack!!

when I was confused about whether to continue HRT, my doctor left the decision to me without any advice. I decided to make a change and made an appointment with Dr. Allen. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She is very thorough and saw me as a "whole" and not just female parts. She took an extensive history and set me up with doctors to address other health issues. She was highly professional, compassionate and a rare find in today's world of medicine. She waened me off the hormones and I am feeling great. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gynecologist, and especially if the concern is menopause.

Dr. Patricia Allen is wonderful, caring, intelligent doctor who is rare to find in today's world. She doesn't just treat the "patient" she treats the "person". I have never been to a doctor who has taken so much time with me. She is extremely thorough with your family and medical history. Because of her insistence i had a "freckle" removed that wound of being a squamous cell carcinoma. I consider myself a very lucky woman to of found her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patrica Allen's for over 20 years. Just recently I called Dr. Allen's office for an emergency appointment...I was informed that her schedule was full, but she doesn't like to turn anyone to away --and was given an after-hours appointment. Upon arriving at her office, I was taken care of right way. As soon as Dr. Allen examined me, she knew exactly what was wrong and who to call. She made the call for me. I went to the recommended doctor and surgery was performed the same night. So very thankful for Dr. Allen's 'right on the money' diagnosis. Because she was so on target...within hours of my initial visit to her, I was on the road to recovery.I highly recommend Dr. Patricia Allen if you want to be in the care of a doctor who cares.

Dr. Allen has been my doctor since 1992. She has quite literally saved my life on more than one occasion. She is a highly unique and cultured woman with a very particular style in working with patients. As many women do, I tend to underplay my health concerns and she simply won't allow me to do so - even if she has to join me at a doctor's appointment. Doctor's come in many different shapes and sizes. So do guardian angels. I find Dr. Allen to be both for me. I would be recovering from surgery at home today, had she not trcked down a doctor on my behalf two weeks ago.....I can't recommend her highly enough.

Insisted that my medical problem was caused by my father dying when I was young (???, I was 32 when I went to see her) and suggested I had been sexually molested and just forgot or repressed it (I wasn't, nor did I ever suggest that I was). She just decided this on her own, tried to send me to a psychiatrist to treat what turned out to be yeast infection.She wanted to treat me with anti-depressants. I never went back, nor did I go to the Psychiatrist. She was sooo sure that it wasn;t a yeast infection that she would not even test for it. A wacko of the first order. I went the next day to another doctor who gave me Terazol, problem solved.

This woman is arrogant, condescending and borderline insane. When I told her that I had used an ovulation predictor to help with becoming pregnant, she said (direct quote) "It's too bad you can't get pregnant by fuc*ing naturally." She seriously said this. Do not go to this woman. Her medical license should be taken away.
