I have visited several doctors for chronic pain through the years. No doc came close to the pain relief I experienced with one injection by Dr Alger. He performed a deep bursa steroid injection guided by fluoroscopy. Magic!

I had severe piriformis syndrome. Dr. Alger took his time in explaining my situation and options. He prescribed the right meds to make me comfortable until my injection later in the week. The injection with fluoroscopy was painless! I am feeling great! I can highly recommend him.

When I was in great pain, Dr. Alger helped me with pain shots. After a few times seeing me, he said that he thought that I needed an MRI to find out specifically why the pain had not subsided. I had the MRI and it showed other problems other than the lower back. If it were not for Dr. Alger, I would not have gotten relief from all the pain I was suffering with. He is an excellent doctor and takes his time talking with you and going through your situation with great interest to find out exactly what you need to have done and gives you good answers to your questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Alger to anyone suffering with pain and see if he can get you going in the right direction and end the pain. JR
