Dr.Chan was very helpful in working with my p.c.p. to ensure that I was able to have my surgery. And I was able to have both procedures done with no problems while there or after. Horrible experience. Perhaps a good Dr. if all you need is Cataract Surgey. I needed a new glasses prescription, moisture plugs for my dry eyes and was told by another Opthamoloigst that it was time for my cataracts to come out. He spend less than 15 minutes with me. He did not retract my eyes for a glasses script and outright refused to do moisture plugs. Said that I must have seen an “Optometrist” and would not even educate me, barely spoke. Do not recommend. Never had a yearly exam take so little time. He did not do one thing that I asked about and poor beside manner with he and his Nurse. $50 and my time wasted. Have been told I have dry eyes for over 30 years..so dry I was not a candidate for Lasix. Left frustrated and stil am concerned that this Dr. was so hard to deal with.
