Dr. Patrick Michael Connor, MD

my family and many friends used this doctor for many years for various circumstances. i came to him for a pregnancy. First off, being one of the best OBGYN's in Florida, i didnt like how i was shuffled between many doctors and many buildings. i had 4 different doctors under his care. he also misdiagnosed something on my cervix and sent me to a specialist, and the specialist immediately said, your doctor is wrong. it turned out to be a normal condition that happens to many woman. the specialist even told me that Dr. Connor wasted my time with this and was shocked he sent me in for it. To make matters worse, my insurance company dropped me during my pregnancy, i couldnt apply for new insurance b/c back then it was still considered pre existing, so i had to apply for medicaid, during the wait, i went to Dr. Connor b/f my insurance ran out and explained my concerns. He seemed cold, agitated, and not helpful. he couldn't even point me in a direction to find help. I had to get the info from… his staff. He basically said he could not continue to see me if i had medicaid insurance because at that time he no longer accepted "New" Medicaid patients.... this made me confused b/c i was with him for 4 months so even though i had medicaid i wasnt a new patient so i felt he could of given me a break. And so, i began my search and after 2 months of dealing with medicaid, i found another doctor who helped me and he also diagnosed a pelvic condition that Dr. Connor failed to diagnose. If he had i would of been able to give this info to my new doctor and we could of taken extra measures to my already high risk pregnancy. good thing the new doctor found what was wrong and was able to take care of it. I dont recommend this Dr.

I moved here from California where I had the same gyno for 23 years. Have had problems with ovarian cyst for years and one ovary removed. Moved to Florida and interviewed 5 Dr's before having Dr. Connor remove my uterus, ovary ect. Love him. caring, compassionate and thorough!!!!

Several years ago I was working in a family practice office. Dr. Connor called to discuss a patient with the physician I worked for. My doc wasn't in, so I offered to take a message. The concern for the patient was palpable in Dr. Connor's voice. Not only that but he was kind and patient with me. That day I changed GYNs!To this day at least 10+ years I have never regreted it. Dr Connor is truly and kind and gentle man

Dr. Conner's kindness was what drew me to the practice. His knowledge and patience is what keeps me there. I cannot express the calm he brings to my medical.
