I have been going to Dr. Dicillo for 20+ years! He is kind, caring and so informed. I always feel I am in good hands with any medical issue that I have.

My family have been patients of Dr. Dicillo for 30 plus years. He is the best. You are never rushed and he and staff are extremely caring. WE moved a few years ago and still travel an hour to see him. No one in our new area can measure up to his standards.

Icalled in to get a prescrition for chantex because I wanted to stop smoking, I had called the office to consult with the Dr. to find out I the medication would interfier with the medication that I was taking, and to find out if I could get the prescription over the phone I was told no to the 1st and yes to the 2nd and that the prescprition would be left at the front desk for me. I went there twice to pick it up, and the second time I was challenged by the person at the front desk, telling me that I was incorrect.

Dr. Dicillo has been my doctor for over 12 years. I have never had a more thorough and caring doctor. He simply cares about his patients and will give you his personal and individual attention. Does not make you feel rushed. He will even answer and return calls after business hours. Excellent physician and definitely the best in the Chicagoland area!

The Family Practice Center with Dr. Dicillo and Dr. Ali have been terrific for me and my family. They are so good, my parents (who live 300 miles away) see them whenever it's reasonable for them to do so. The quality of care is so much better here than in So. Illinois where they live. Both doctors really care, and are remarkably well qualified. Since this is a walk-in clinic, sometimes the wait times are high, but not always. It's worth it to be able to see a doctor as soon as you need to.
