Dr. Patrick William Diesfeld, MD

Called regarding my bill, spoke with Priscilla who immediately raised her voice and began yelling, versus offering a payment plan and accusing me of not wanting to pay my bill. It's unfortunate that physicians have unprofessional, unethical and unqualified staff. This has been my first negative experience. After she accused me of "trying to get away with not paying my bill", I advised she didn't offer a payment plan, she said I did not allow her to speak after she went on a rant and was yelling. I am reporting this and also hope that this gets to Bethany and all other providers. She should be held accountable and terminated. She is a liability to the practice and rest assured she is a lawsuit for that practice. Providers and front office are great, it's unethical and against medical practice to refuse to schedule an appointment for a high risk patient, front staff, nurses and physicians are great, unfortunately they have a very unprofessional employee, especially after I miscarried… when my baby's heart stopped beating, lack of empathy and compassion, she is in the wrong field! No appointment and if I miscarry due to a very unprofessional employee PRISCILLA, for a prescription request, it will be unfortunate and devastating - Erika R.

Absolutely horrific experience from start to finish. Referred me for a colonoscopy, assured me he would consult with the gastroenterologist to go over my findings, yet he wasn’t even away I’d had the procedure-even though I’d told him two weeks prior. Then proceeded to push birth control on me to manage my “hot flashes” even after I repeated several times that I did not hot flashes. In the end he told me it was time for a mental health “tune up” he literally used those words and tapped his head. When I wasn’t satisfied he said he would refer me to a specialist at UCLA. The “referral” was just the 1-800 number for the obgyn department. Finally saw a real doctor with actual ears who listens and turns out I have stage deep infiltrating endometriosis, which is what I told him on our first appointment. Shocker a woman knew her own body, but hey this creepy old guy wears a flower on his collar so clearly he knows better than we do.

. I was very prone to getting bladder infections so I went to see Dr Diesfeld. He told me I had a prolapsed bladder after giving birth to twins years ago. He told me I could have it repaired and I'd heard he was the best with a lot of experience so I decided to do it. He and his staff were sensitive and caring from the start. I'm grateful to have found him!

I was so happy to have found Dr. Diesfeld. I had been having very bad cramping and heavy periods for many years. I visited Dr. Diesfeld and he recommended an endometrial ablation which was done out patient and completely revolved my problems. I only wish I had gone to him sooner!

When I moved to Ventura four years ago I went to see Dr Diesfeld for a female problem and all my friends go there too. I feel very comfortable and he puts me at ease.

I am so glad that my friend recommended Dr Diesfeld because he was able to help me and I am now feeling so great. I had to have surgery and everything is so much better now. So now I recommend him to all my friends.

I only recommend Dr Diesfeld as he is the best ObGyn. He has provided excellent care and I recommend him to all my friends.

I highly recommend Dr. Diesfeld! I have been a patient for eight years and he delivered both my children with my high risk pregnancies. I am grateful for the excellent care I have always received.
