Dr. Patrick G Fairchild, MD

In 1996, I was 50 years old and I met Dr. Fairchild in an Orlando office. However, before I met him, I was very sick, and visited many general practitioner doctors. None of them knew what illness I had. Even when I was sent to the hospital, no one knew for days of testing. After many tests a doctor came into my hospital room and very firmly said, "We now know what illness you have, and you have about three weeks to live, do you have a Will?" I was told firmly by a hospital doctor that I was going to die in three weeks from streptococcus-B endocarditis bacterium. However, Dr. Fairchild worked hard to cure me. Without a doubt, Dr. Fairchild saved my life. I am 80 years old now. I can't thank him enough for not giving up on me when so many doctors didn't know what I had and didn’t how to how treat it. However, before I met him, I was very sick, and visited many general practitioner doctors, but none of them knew what illness I had. Even when I was sent to the hospital, no one knew for days of testing. After many tests a doctor came into my hospital room and very firmly said, “We know what illness you have. You have about 3-weeks to live. Do you have a Will? “ Yup, I was told firmly that I was going to die in 3-weeks. However, Dr. Fairchild worked hard to cure me. The 3-weeks death date came and left. But, I suffered for 3-months bedridden at home with extreme pain. I even prayed to God to take me so constant pain would stop. Back in 1996 there was no known cure for what I had. And, there is no warning. It hit me fast and I instantly fell to the floor totally weak. The bactera attached to my left ventricle heart valve and painfully spreading spores throughout my entire… body. There is too much to tell here. However, back then I wrote a 20-page story about this. Basically, Dr. Fairchild saved my life. Out of all the doctors that I saw, they all gave up and wrote me off as to be dead in 3-weeks. But for 3-months, Dr. Fairchild never gave up on me. He has done what several doctors in his field could not do,cure me and I thank the lord and my daughter for finding me this wonderful doctor while I was in the hospital.

I was 2 years with frequent UTI and the others Drs. We’re just giving me more antibiotics. Finally Dr. Fairchild took his time to explain me and feel so relieved that I’m under his care. Thank you!
