Dr. Patrick Olanrewaju Fasusi, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Fasusi's for over15 years. Off and on, when my pain doesn't respond to other treatments methodologies I go back to him and he works his magic and things are right in the world again. Now, does he need to be direct when explaining what part patients are doing to either aide their health or push it into a downward spiral? Absolutely. And he does just that. I always make sure to come prepared with questions and never leave without fully understanding what I need to do to improve my health, not re-injure myself and overall lead a better, healthier life. I'm not sure which staff members some of the other writers spoke about but I have only had one experience like that some years ago and when I explained that to Dr. Fasusi, he immediately dealt with the person who lo longer works at his facility. If you want your hand held, then this isn't the place for you. But if want an honest, frank discussion of what's going on in and with you body. what you may… have contributed to the issues and what will likely happened if you don't heed his advice, then this is the lace for you. It's probably the most cold and impersonal office you've ever been in. It's all about the money with these guys, both Doctor and Staff included. The staff doesnt even say hello and when you approach the receptionist desk, the people behind the desk pretend like they dont see you. The nurse that calls you back to take your vitals never even said hello, and when i asked her for a tissue because my nose started running, she told me to ask the receptionist outside. Dr. Fasusi was just as bad. I guess the staff takes their queue from their boss because all he asked me for was information he needed for his report. When i started telling him about other possibly related symptoms I was having, he just told me, "Go see your PCP...Im a specialist." When he was done filling out his report he simply told me i could exit from the side door and goodbye...never even looked-up. I would not recommend Dr. Fasusi office to anyone whose looking for a caring doctor with a good bedside manner and… a nice staff...you will not get this here!

The office is tight, cramped and disorganized. The Dr. has a poor manner and I wouldn't recommend anyone in pain to him. He doesn't seem to have an understanding on how to speak to people.

Dr Fasusi is very good. He listened and spent time to explain the procedure to me. he spoke to my wife and son regarding what he was going to do. The staff at Premier Surgery Center were very professional . I recommend him highly.

I was treated for 8 months and my pain did not decrease one iota. This seems to enrage him to the point that he insinuated that I was misstating my pain issues. Never was I told that he was just an anesthesiologist I thought he was a medical doctor. Now it makes sense that he has never examined my injury and only pumped me full of steriods. Dr. Fasusi discourteous callous treatment left me in tears. After being charged upwards of $30,000.00 for 8 months of "treatments" which left me in the same pain and distress I had when I first came. Now I understand why some insurance companies do not honor his charges and he has patients sign over their checks to him. So many of the patients are elderly and not well educated and he runs rough shod over them.Reconsider, making an appointment with Dr. Fasusi. He talks down to his patients and dismisses their concerns. After my mistreatment I will continue to let others know how badly I was treated.

Dr. Fasusi is a great doctor who puts a lot of care into his patients. His staff, under him, is just awesome. Keep up the good work! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a great doctor in the field of Anestheiologist/ Pain Management.
