Doesn't take the time to listen to his patients. Has an attitude that he doesn't really care or want to help treat the problem. Spends more time asking about the medications you are taking then the reason why you are there. The visit was a waste of my time.

Diagnosis was inaccurate. He sent some samples to the lab, which I received a very large bill for. These extra charges were not communicated at all during the appointment, and I was even assured that my co-pay would cover everything for the visit. I would highly recommend using another ENT doctor in the area.

Kudos to Dr Fraley and his staff! When I started to experience extreme bouts of vertigo, my PCP diagnosed it as an inner ear problem. When this problem did not resolve itself, I was referred to Dr Fraley. He made time to see me the very next day even though, I believe, he was not scheduled to be in the clinic. From my first visit, Dr Fraley and his staff conducted themselves in a friendly and professional manner. The patient "wait time" was extremely brief, and this was a refreshing change from many clinics. Dr Fraley, and his staff, always took the time to address any concerns or questions I had. During office visits, Dr Fraley always took the time to explain everything thoroughly. In short, I found Dr Fraley to be a knowledgeable and caring doctor.
