Go elsewhere. Old one trick pony who does not know what to do if his one silver bullet doesn’t work (turbinite reduction). Find a younger and much NICER doctor who doesn’t get mad at the patient when the procedure fails. May have been good once but is border line senile now....run while you can!

The staff was above and beyond sweet, kind, and just all around great! Dr. Stroud was kind and great with my son too. However, I wasn't confident in Dr. Stroud's misdiagnoses of my son's lip/tongue tie, and speech issues. I got a second opinion from a dentist, and he diagnosed my son right away as having an anterior tongue thrust, which explained perfectly why he was having difficulty. Sad that I have to pay $120 for a misdiagnoses.

I cannot even begin to express how excellent Dr. Stroud and his staff are. He was very through. He was the first doctor that took the time to TALK and LISTEN to all the issues my husband was having. He was also the first doctor to tell us if the procedure he performed did not alleviate the symptoms he would refer my husband to a cardiologist. Oh, how right Dr. Stroud was. The staff went above and beyond helping us with the insurance issues. They see the patients as people not a check.

He is a caring, precise doctor. He has normal wait for specialist, but will make exceptions for emergencies. If you have had ear problems your whole life and have seen a dozen doctors, you will be able to see the difference a good ENT makes.
