Answered all my questions and took time with me until they were all answered.

Since Dr Frey was not scheduled to see my husband for this appointment, but it was changed when we got there, his attitude was the same as other times we've seen him. If he was upset with the changes we caused, he didn't show it.

Dr Frye was awesome

Amazing Results with TURP procedure by Dr. Frey. It took 10 years on Medication that was no longer working to take this step and this doctor made this possible. He was very understanding and compassionate and really made a difficult situation a positive life changing experience.

I had to request(almost insist) for some tests which then turned out positive...wish he had initially recommended them to me as to me bringing them up. Follow up little better than average.

He couldn't deliver what his credentials stated and wasted my time

Dr. Frey was very professional and courteous. He explained the procedure very well. I would highly recommend this doctor and this facility.

I had major bladder surgery that ended up having complications. I was brought into ER where my bladder was blown open and 2 liters of irrigation fluid burst open stitches in my bladder and ended up in my belly. Dr. Frey was brought in to to the emergency surgery...pretty much saved me. He did an Excellent job. I have continued with him and made him my primary doctor. He was excellent in determining a proper diagnosis for my bladder pain....bladder neuropathy and a neurogenic bladder. He prescribed pills for the neuropathy that got rid of the pain after living with it for 13 years. He always gave me excellent care and he will be my urologist for as long as he is practicing in the DFW area.
