Dr Kwok's "bedside manner and time spent with me and my wife were well beyond my experiences with most other Dr/Surgeons. My R-Shoulder surgery was very challenging due to the extent of damage and long time since originating traumas. I scheduled my 1st visit with Dr Kwok 6 months after initial injury and I even added additional trauma 2 weeks before surgery. Dr Kwok took be through the 6 'fixes' of the surgery and provided overview of 40+ high-def photos of the whole process. I was/am in awe.

Great surgeon ...but is all concerned about money and does not spend time with patients...won't. Even give them time to ask him questions.

DR. KWOK TOOK CARE OF ME FOR OVER A YEAR, AND ALL ALONG I THOUGHT HE WAS MY FRIEND BESIDES MY DOCTOR. BUT WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR ME NEEDING HIM THE MOST , THAT'S WHEN HE LET ME DOWN, I HAD RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY ON MY SHOULDER , AND WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR HIM TO GIVE ME A DISABILITY RATING HE SCREWED ME BIG TIME, NOW I UNDERSTAND WHEN DOCTORS THAT DO THE SURGERY ARE NEVER GOING TO GIVE YOU A FAIR RATING, BECAUSE ITS LIKE THEM ADMITTING THAT THE SURGERY THAT THEY RECOMMENDED IN THE FIRST PLACE DIDN'T WORK OUT, IN OTHER WORDS THEY WILL BE ADMITTING TO FAILURE , I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MAN TO NO ONE
