Dr. Patrick Jacques Laguerre, MD

Excellence says it all. Dr. Patrick Laguerre is the doctor who originally took me on as a patient. For the past 3 years I usually see Todd Massey. He gave me an excellent diagnosis. He has excellent bedside manner and is going to take as much time as needed to accurately diagnose you. I won't go anywhere else. The staff is excellent and will work with your schedule.

Arrived prior to our appointment time with all forms completed. WAITED MORE THAN AN HOUR!!!! to see the Dr Only to be told that Dr Lagueer was out of town and the PA we saw referred us back to our family dr. Told us we could make a follow up appointment with the Dr in a couple of weeks but he is only in the office 2 days a week now for 4 hours a day.

Dr. Laguerre is great. He listens to your needs and is very thorough. The nurse practitioner, Kelly Quinn, is a different story. She is very cold and judgmental. It feels like she doesnt listen and does not care. Very very judgmental. Very cold. Its written all over her face. Pain is very personal and if its bad enough to have to see a spine surgeon and an anesthesiologist, you deserve to be taken seriously and helped appropriately. Dr. Laguerre will do this but good luck if you have to see Kelly Quinn.

I feel there needs to be trust and follow through with your doctor and their office. Communication from office regarding procedures can take a month. I also came to see Dr. Laguerre but see his PA 95% of the time. I wouldn't mind his PA Kelly once my pain situation gets under control, but she is the only one I see even when I ask to see the doctor. I have considered going back to my old pain med doc because he see me every time and has room to see you next day if pain cycle get bad. The schedule with Dr. L has no flexibility for emergencies.

Best pain doctor ever, until without notice seen by kelly quinn not a good experience.
