Dr. John Patrick Mcgrael, MD

I had a great first time appointment. He was very open and informative. We need to realize how busy Drs are and the continual pressure. In light of it all I would rate him very high.

The worst, most arrogant and hateful doctor (and I use that description lightly) in the face of the planet. He has zero compassion, empathy, or bed side manners. It’s pretty bad when even the staff of the hospital tell you he is horrendous. I’m in extreme pain after he out a stent in and removed a blocked stone. His story changed numerous times when it came to how many stones he took out. I learned he basically took out only the blocked stone in my right kidney and not the others. Sent me home with ZERO pain meds and I’m in so much pain it’s not even funny. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!

This is another Greedy Dr who only cares about money even w Medicare & Medicaid 2ndary not good enough for an appt w referral from ER. Dr. McGrael cares for money more than caring for patients.

Dr. McGrael and his staff literally absorbed all urological needs when there were no other urologist at TMC for 1-1/2 yrs. I have never seen a dr that is as caring and compassionate as Dr. McGrael. As far as his bedside manner, he listens, he cares and yes he answers ALL questions. It may not be the answer we want; however, his expertise is top notch.

after waiting one and a half hours I had not seen Dr. McGrail or my annual visit. This is the third and LAST time I have waited over and hour in the exam room. my visit would have been even longer if a PSA was drawn and I had to wait for those result before seeing mcgrail. he needs to get a staff that can coordinate the patients' visits and a nursing staff who can read the charts and keep the patients moving. i WILL be seeking a new urologist!!!!!!!!

The doctor it's great but one of his nurses is simply a rude and should never be around patients. She barks out orders like a drill instructor and if you don't immediately obey she gets upset. She does not ask you do to something, she orders it.

I am totally wondering who is writing these reviews..probably his kids because those reviews are nothing like the actual experience I have witnessed myself. This man has horrible bedside manners and will not answer a straight question or communicate his plans of treatment or give any detail at all of what is about to take place. My family was so mistreated and when he did answer their question, he was very short and sarcastic about it and then he runs off and can't be found. Even the nurses at the hospital didnt have nice things to say about him. They just follow orders because he carries a "Doctor" title. His staff is even bad and uneducated. I pray that God will have mercy on this man and I hope who gets to read this will not consider him as your care taker.
